The materials are prepared by an instructor before your departure. He advises you on departure from the hold/beach and on getting to grips with the equipment. The nautical center provides life jackets (obligatory), windbreakers if necessary and board harnesses.
you of course need to know how to use the equipment independently. You will need to demonstrate a good level of Windsurfing experience, know how to swim and sail.
A deposit will be requested for the rental of sailboats.
