Located in Bacilly, between Avranches and Granville, built on a promontory offering a breathtaking view of Mont-Saint-Michel, Chantore, a picturesque water garden and arboretum labeled Remarkable Garden, and its 19th century Château, listed as a Historic Monument, is a vast romantic estate of XNUMX hectares, entirely rediscovered and restored.
Chantore has an exceptional collection of Rhododendrons planted in the 19th century, which enhance its park with its fuchsia roses.
On the occasion of the flowering of the rhododendrons, Chantore exceptionally opens the castle for a tour of the interiors, guided by the owners (discovery of the interiors of the castle, a collectors' residence, entirely decorated with furniture, works and objects from the 17th, 18th and 19th centuries), followed by a botanical tour of the park, and a Norman and gourmet snack with Chantore's organic cider and apple juice accompanied by a pastry.
