It all begins during an oyster tasting. Lia is an oyster farmer, she receives the public, seats people, serves plates and glasses of white wine. She is stressed Lia, it is obvious. At this point, it is not even stress anymore, it is downright anxiety, fear, perdition. Then things get confusing; Lia seems overwhelmed by a crushing daily life, a grueling job. Suddenly, a woman who seems to have slipped among the guests accuses her of having killed her. Between ghosts, emergences and real apparitions, this investigation takes us to explore female violence, without determinism; or when the daily load and exhaustion at work flay the being and pushes to commit the irreparable. This short dark fiction is a thriller, based on this very popular narrative genre, which has become a collective unconscious, with its own codes and fantasies. Are the dead really dead? Who killed? Why? Through her terrible act, Lia reveals her multiple anxieties in the face of the current climate upheaval that is hitting her hard.
