We would like to remind you of the importance of respecting the rules in force to guarantee a pleasant experience for all users of these beaches. To ensure everyone's safety and well-being, we strongly encourage you to provide a leash for your dog at all times, even when it is not strictly required. Additionally, don't forget the importance of picking up your pet's droppings. This helps to maintain the cleanliness of the beaches and to preserve their authorization to welcome dogs. By showing responsibility and civic-mindedness, we can all enjoy these spaces in harmony. Thank you for doing your part to ensure our beaches remain a welcoming place for our four-legged friends and nature lovers

WHAT ABOUT COASTAL SITES?

In principle, the grounds of the Conservatoire du Littoral are open to the general public, dogs and mountain bikes included, but there are sometimes access restrictions.
Thus, natural reserves (For babiesBeauguillot), sites not open to the public (Castel Vendon in Gréville-Hague and Roche Fauconnière Park in Cherbourg), and sometimes very localized sectors of a site for security. On certain sites, animals must be kept on a leash (case of sensitive natural areas or certain areas of the Coastal Conservatory).
