Atelier p'tits boulangers
Baking craftsmanship is a skill that has been passed down for centuries. At the mill, it is an art transmitted during workshops where children take pride in making their own bread.
In the programme :
– Shaping 4 balls of dough, left to rise in the same basket,
– Information on the ingredients of the dough: flour, water, salt, yeast,
– Recreation in the orchard,
– Putting the children’s breads (flowers) in the oven,
– Tasting of a cake + explanations of how the wood-fired oven works,
– Unbaking the bread!
For children aged 5 to 10 – Without parents! – Duration 2 hours
Reservation required with the Cotentin Tourist Office.
