In a typical village of La Hague, 300 m from Urville-Nacqueville beach, we will follow the falling tide on the foreshore to discover different varieties of seaweed, a unique experience to highlight all your senses!
I will share my knowledge as a professional cook during a workshop: “from picking to plate” in my kitchen where we will make two or three recipes that we will taste together.
If the weather does not permit, the workshop will be postponed.
Provide appropriate clothing: boots, scissors, bucket.
