Exposition "Prédictions : les artistes face à l'avenir"

Who has never dreamed of knowing what tomorrow will bring?
Witnesses to the world around them, the artists have seized this concern for the future. Divine prophecies, oracles, premonitory dreams, astrology, clairvoyance or cartomancy have inspired numerous works of art.
This exhibition explores this theme for the first time through 70 works from the Middle Ages to the XNUMXth century, from Albrecht Dürer to Marc Chagall, including Gustave Doré and Auguste Rodin.
