"Pink Floyd : Dark Side Of The Moon" – Planétarium Ludiver
Broadcast at the Ludiver Planetarium,
Pink Floyd's iconic album, 'The Dark Side Of The Moon', originally released in March 1973, is celebrating its 50th anniversary, and what better place to celebrate and experience it than in a planetarium, through the music and visuals. With the help of modern technology, the idea of a show combining breathtaking views of the solar system and beyond, performed over 42 minutes of The Dark Side Of The Moon in surround sound, was adopted by the group. NSC Creative led the visual production efforts, working closely with Pink Floyd's longtime creative collaborator Aubrey Powell of Hipgnosis.
Each song has a different theme; some futuristic and others a retro acknowledgment of Pink Floyd's visual history, all tied to a time and space experience, embracing cutting-edge technology that only a planetarium can offer. A truly immersive and comprehensive surround sound and visual treat that will transcend reality and take you far beyond the realms of 2D experience.
For students over the age of 10
