Piste d'hiver "La Fabuleuse histoire de Basarkus"
BasarKus is a strange being with two heads, four arms and four legs. It has always been like this.
One day, he discovers that he also has two hearts! Is he one or several? And how to separate the self from the rest? Becoming aware of his dual nature, BasarKus finds enough courage to attempt separation and explore its limits: it is an event as exciting as it is frightening!
On stage, two young artists from the Fratellini Academy, Markus Vikse – juggler and Basil Le Roux – acrobat, play with mischief and candor these games of imbrication and dissociation.
Directed by choreographer Sylvère Lamotte, this acrobatic-philosophical adventure is a short fable about the courage to explore, self-discovery... which is at the same time an awareness of the Other.
