The Cotentin Tourist Office is recruiting its nautical activities development manager

Missions

You'll have to :

• participate in the reflection and propose actions or projects for the sustainability and development of the activity of the bases, within the framework of the tourist strategy of the Urban Community,

• implement actions or projects incumbent on the Urban Community,

• monitor projects led by institutional partners and coordinate joint actions of nautical clubs (events for example),

• manage the administrative part linked to skills and projects by providing your technical support (agreements with stakeholders, requests for quotes, preparation and monitoring of markets, research and request for financing, etc.),

• collect and verify all content produced by the OT or its partners on nautical activities, write or update information relating to clubs and their services, monitor the offer and relay this information,

• participate in actions entrusted in particular to the communication and promotion – marketing services of the Tourist Office (structuring the leisure offer, creation of communication tools and tourist products, etc.) and ensure their monitoring,

• ensure the quality of the offer proposed and be responsive to any reports such as helping clubs to manage possible comments or complaints, proposing corrective actions and avenues for improvement, raising awareness among stakeholders of quality and listen client.

skills

With higher education BAC+3 to BAC+5, in STAPS or Planning or Local Development or Sports Management, you ideally have a first successful experience of project development linked to nautical activities or another sporting activity.
