More accustomed to less accessible regions and expedition cruises, it is nevertheless in our territory of Cotentin that Champlain, from the luxury French cruise line Le Ponant, will cast off tomorrow, Thursday September 21. Initially scheduled for a half-day from 13:00 p.m. to 19:00 p.m., the cruise ship and its hundred French passengers will be extended in the port of Cherbourg-en-Cotentin and will be present at the Quai de France from 07:00 a.m. to 19:00 p.m.

Boat features:

Commissioned in 2018, this pretty liner Champlain, which takes its name from the famous navigator and cartographer Samuel de Champlain. It is the second ship in the Ponant Explorers series, ships which combine the latest environmentally friendly technologies and luxury services to offer passengers a unique exploration cruise experience. © A cruising ocean
