The second stopover of the year in Cherbourg-en-Cotentin for the cruise ship Mein Schiff 4 will take place this Thursday, September 12 from 08:15 to 19:00. Our beautiful city of Cotentin will be the second French destination to say “Willkommen!” (“Welcome!” in German) to the 2 German passengers. After this last French stop, the ship will sail along the Atlantic coast to reach the final destination of Palma de Mallorca.

Boat features

Inaugurated on May 23, 2015 for TUI Cruises, this liner is the second ship built for the German company. TUI Cruises surveyed the general public to find names for its liners but ultimately it was with little originality that the pseudonym “ Mein Schiff » (translate “ My Boat » in German) followed by a simple number which will be remembered. © Liners & Merchant Marine Association
