The arrival of theAIDAmar announces the resumption of the cruise ship stopover season and also marks its first visit to the Cherbourg city. The company with a pretty mouth, AIDA Cruises, is therefore opening the ball for the 39 ship arrivals scheduled for the year 2023. The particularity of this stopover, its incredible itinerary... a world tour ! In fact, having left since 1er December from San Antonio to Chile, for the most adventurous among them, passengers will all be invited to disembark in Hamburg, Germany, on February 20. The itinerary included between 81 and 33 nights on board. Cherbourg will therefore be the penultimate stopover of this world tour and the only French port on the route. for the few 1 500 passengers.
Entered into service in May 2012, this ship is the 6nd and penultimate of the Sphinx series and one of the most frequent visitors to the Normandy and neighboring port, Le Havre. The AIDAmar was inaugurated in Hamburg during the 823nd anniversary of the port, in the company of AIDAblu, AIDAluna and AIDAsol. @Ammlehavre
