The luxurious cruise liner Seven Seas Splendor will be moored for the very first time at the Quai de France of the port of Cherbourg-en-Cotentin on Sunday 18 from 4:00 a.m. and will set sail again the next day, Monday 19 August at 21:00 p.m. This ship, belonging to the company Regent Seven Seas Cruises, and its approximately 600 passengers, mainly Americans, will therefore make an overnight stopover (night at the dock) and inaugural. The Cotentin destination will be the last stopover on this route ending in Southampton on Tuesday August 20.

Boat features

Inaugurated on January 30, 2020 for the company Regent Seas Cruises, the Seven Seas Splendor will unfortunately be quickly decommissioned following the Covid-19 pandemic which caused the worldwide shutdown of cruises. She returned to service at the end of 2021. Like her sisterships, she is one of the most luxurious liners in the world according to the Berlitz guide. It is indeed sumptuously decorated with beautiful materials such as marble and notably has three gourmet restaurants. © Liners & Merchant Marine Association
