HANSEATIC INSPIRATION will make its inaugural stopover, in Cherbourg-en-Cotentin, on Tuesday April 26 from 13 p.m. to 19 p.m.

Tomorrow afternoon from 13 p.m. to 19 p.m., the port of Cherbourg-en-Cotentin will receive for the first time, the magnificent ship HANSEATIC INSPIRATION, from the cruise company Hapag-Lloyd Cruises. With around 160 passengers on board, the majority of German nationality.

HANSEATIC INSPIRATION is a ship designed equally well for polar expeditions thanks to its ice PC6 certification, which is the highest for passenger ships. With its environmentally friendly technology, the HANSEATIC INSPIRATION aims to reduce its emissions and protect the nature of the destinations visited. © Sea and Marine

This half-day includes visits to Cap de la Hague, Val de Saire, Norman gardens and a hike to Cap de Carteret.

Passengers will be able to benefit from the services set up by the Cotentin Tourist Office

The Information Office will be open at the Cruise Terminal from 13:00 p.m. to 18:00 p.m.

A photo exhibition entitled “Treasures and lights of Cotentin” by Arnaud Guérin will be accessible to cruise passengers throughout the duration of the stopover at the Cruise Terminal.
