For his 4nd coming of the year, the MSC VIRTUOSACity of Kyiv, Ukrainee largest European liner owned by the company MSC Cruises, will call at the Quai de France this Sunday, May 28, from 12:00 p.m. to 21:00 p.m. The Cotentinoise destination will once again be the only French stopover for the 4 British passengers on this short itinerary lasting just 600 days. The next stopover for this giant of the seas is scheduled for a month from now, on Friday June 3!
Derived from MSC MERAVIGLIA, this series of liners was ordered by MSC from the St-Nazaire shipyard. These ships have the particularity of being hybrid, able to run on LNG. These were the largest liners built for the Italian-Swiss company before the delivery of the World Class including the prototype, the MSC WORLD EUROPE, commissioned in 2022. A third ship of the Meraviglia Plus class, the MSC EURIBIA followed in 2023. ©APMM

A photo exhibition entitled “Treasures and lights of Cotentin” by Arnaud Guérin accessible to cruise passengers throughout the duration of the stopover at the Cruise Terminal.
Shuttles will operate from 12:00 p.m. to 19:45 p.m., the connection between the Cruise Terminal and the city center, in partnership with Cap Cotentin.
