For its second stopover in Cherbourg-en-Cotentin, the current 3e largest European liner, the MSC VIRTUOSA, will be moored at the Quai de France, this Sunday September 25 from 7 a.m. to 17 p.m. More than 4 people are expected on board 500 passengers, mostly British nationals and only around a hundred of them will go on excursions ! The town of Cherbourg-en-Cotentin will be one of the two stops on this short cruise, but above all the only French port on the itinerary!

Derived from the MSC MERAVIGLIA, this series of liners was ordered by MSC from the Saint-Nazaire shipyard. They have the particularity of being hybrid, being able to run on LNG. These are the largest liners built for the Italian-Swiss company at the moment, before the delivery of the World Class, the prototype of which, the MSC EUROPA, will be put into service in 2023. © APPM Association His/her family name virtuous, pays tribute to the skill and expertise of the architects and partners of the MSC Cruises shipyard as well as the Atlantic shipyards who designed and built this innovative class of ships.
