With its “Espace Cyclosport” label, the French Cycling Federation wishes to develop cyclosport practice. Including the Manche in this program is a real guarantee of quality for cycling enthusiasts. The labeled routes are sponsored by local champions to help you discover their training grounds.

Explore the Cotentin and Bessin Marshes Regional Natural Park, discovering its unique and naturally rich fauna and flora. What makes it special?
In winter, with the floods, the sky and the water seem to come together to form “white marshes”.

Located a stone's throw from Utah Beach, understand the history of this unique place where American forces landed in June 1944. The Landing Museum retraces the events of D-day which took place on this beach and in the villages you will pass through.

It was in these highly symbolic places that the British Mark Cavendish donned the yellow jersey in 2016. He won victory there during the big start of the Tour de France.

It's your turn to take this legendary route! It does not present any particular difficulty. You will be able to enjoy the calm of traffic on relatively flat roads.
