Framed by Cap de Flamanville and Cap du Rozel, Anse de Sciotot, a 4 km long fine sand beach, is protected from the prevailing winds. Anse de Sciotot is a paradise for surfers and sand yacht pilots and offers, far from the big seaside resorts, the charms of a pretty beach. The beach is called the “high tide coast” with a tidal range of up to 9 meters. Overlooking Anse de Sciotot, the panorama of Roche à Coucou extends from Cap de la Hague to Cap de Carteret and is certainly one of the most beautiful views in the region.
Sciotot beach has received the Blue Flag label and work has been carried out to improve the reception of tourists.
