This summer Cap Cotentin transports you… to the beaches and tourist places, to your events, your festivals…
Cap Cotentin is joining forces with the Tourist Office to develop the tourist mobility offer.
Indeed, new services will be offered to visitors this summer 2022:
- the creation of 3 new summer lines to improve service to tourist places (sites, campsites, hiking trails) towards Barfleur, Barneville-Carteret and Quinéville
- urban lines, interurban lines and Cap stops on demand which serve tourist areas
- new modes of mobility for all summer visitors:
- Shuttles to Cherbourg-en-Cotentin city center for stopovers
– Rental of electrically assisted bicycles at the Bricquebec Tourist Office, at Chantereyne port of Cherbourg, and with tourism partners
Discover the 3 new lines serving the Cotentin coasts:
- The S1 : from Valognes towards Barneville-Carteret, via Saint-Sauveur-le-Vicomte
- The S3 : from Quinéville to Valognes, via Saint-Marcouf and Montebourg
- The S6 : from Saint-Pierre-Église to Barfleur via Cap Levi and Gatteville-le-Phare
Throughout the summer, intercommunal lines A to G allow you to travel through the Cotentin and explore other destinations such as the Cap de La Hague with line A, the Tour Vauban in Saint-Vaast-La-Hougue with line C or Le Château de Bricquebec with lines E and G.
And to stroll along the quays or in the streets of Cherbourg, board the urban lines
1 to 9.
The new Cap transport service on demand
Accessible to everyone in the Cotentin territory, operating by reservation, it allows you to travel, within the same sector, from one Cap on demand stop to another, or from one stop Cap on demand towards a feeder stop on a regular line.
