Just 500m from the beach, this charming little house is nestled in a peaceful hamlet frequented by hikers (GR223) and other cycle tourists (Eurovélo 4). In addition to walking and cycling, there is no shortage of activities in the surrounding area, starting with the Utah Beach golf course backing onto the hamlet with its restaurant overlooking the sea. The historic site of Utah Beach is also nearby, as is the port of St Vaast la Hougue, which you can see from the sea wall. Patrick and his partner Marie-Ange will give you the warmest welcome in this gîte, which was completely renovated in 2024. The pretty kitchen and its duck blue splashback are at the heart of the living room. A fairly steep staircase leads to a very bright mezzanine landing where the 2 bedrooms and the spacious bathroom are located. The owners offer a small enclosed garden at the back of their house for a moment of relaxation. Marie-Ange speaks sign language and can help welcome people who are hard of hearing.
Semi-detached house to a dwelling and the owner's house. Living room (TV) with kitchen area open to living room (oven, induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine). Separate toilet. Upstairs, bedroom 1 (2 beds 90×190), bedroom 2 (bed 160×200, fitted sheet 180 recommended). Shower room with toilet. Baby equipment on request. Electric heating (reversible heat pump) at an additional cost. Sheets and towels for hire. Cleaning service at an additional cost. No land directly linked to the gîte but a private enclosed outdoor space is at your disposal in the owner's garden 30m away (garden furniture, deckchair, barbecue). Parking.
