The Little House is small only in name and in its initial state because on the contrary it offers a beautiful total surface area. With its two large living rooms (fireplace on one side; games on the other) it offers real moments of conviviality around the fire or a game of billiards. Two staircases distribute the upper floor and therefore allow good cohabitation, between friends or family. Same thing on the garden side: a beautiful green space with games is offered in the continuity of the courtyard; and a second plot of greenery is accessible at the back! This house, which ultimately has everything of a large property, is ideally located to discover the magnificent West coast of the Cotentin! From the harbor of Portbail to the dunes of Hatainville, it is grandiose natural landscapes that surround you. The shower on the ground floor is also appreciable for a stay by the sea… The beach is in fact only a few minutes from the hamlet.
