Description of the house:
On the ground floor:
– A beautiful bright living room of 40 m² with an equipped kitchen, open to the dining area and a lounge area composed of a large corner sofa, a TV, a wood stove.
– A bedroom (1 160×200 bed) and an open shower room.
– An entrance serving a separate WC and a laundry room with an additional refrigerator, a washing machine.
On the 1st floor:
– One bedroom (1 160×200 bed)

– One bedroom (2 90×190 beds or 1 180×190 bed)
– A large bathroom with a shower and a bathtub.
– A separate toilet.
Outside :
– A 28 m2 terrace facing south, accessible from the living room via a sliding bay window.
– A large courtyard allowing easy parking for 4 cars.
Additional info:
– Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, optional: €10/person.
– WIFI included.
– End of stay cleaning is optional, €100. If the option is not chosen, we will check that the cleaning has been carried out correctly throughout the house. If you take the cleaning option, it is nevertheless necessary to return the accommodation in a correct and respectful condition.
– The house is heated by the floor with a latest generation air/water air source heat pump. The floor is not hot but it radiates even heat throughout the house. This type of heating makes the house very comfortable also in winter.
- Pets are not accepted.
– Non-smoking house.
– Blackout curtains and/or electric blinds in all bedrooms.
– Obligatory accommodation deposit: €500 (not collected).
– Arrival time: 16 p.m. to 20 p.m. (late and independent arrival possible via key box).
