La Hougue beach runs along Fort Vauban and faces the Channel Sea from the east.
Games are provided for children, as well as parking.
Dogs are prohibited on the town's beaches from April 1 to September 30 each year from 9 a.m. to 20 p.m. Access to the beaches is also prohibited for horses from June 15 to September 15 from 8 a.m. to 20 p.m.
The rest of the year, they are authorized all day beyond 300 meters from the coast.
Concerning nautical practices and different fishing activities, please refer to municipal decrees.
