Qualification of the Offer and monitoring of labels (M/F)

6 month internship

Internship objectives

In line with the Agglomeration's tourism development strategy, you are working to qualify the territory's offering as well as monitoring labels and more particularly the renewal of the Famille Plus label in the Côte des Isles sector.

Main missions :

• Make an inventory of all family offers and in particular all the activities offered in the area with the aim of verifying that the area has a sufficient range of choices during holiday periods
• Identify all the equipment which could in one way or another respond to a family offer within the framework of this label
• Organize collegial meetings with providers of cultural, leisure or sporting activities, accommodation and restaurateurs to present and/or remind the requirements of the label
• Provide individual support and advice to interested service providers who require it, to qualify their offer and offer services more appropriate to family customers.
• Check that the Famille Plus renewal file is complete based on the existing framework and audits and submit the file for obtaining the label

Secondary missions:

• Support the renewal of other labels, brands or classifications (green station, tourist communities, Quality Tourism, etc.) for tourist sites or communities in Cotentin
• Consider creating a passport between tourist sites through monitoring and feedback from experiences carried out in other territories.
• Define the guidelines for organizing a pass across Cotentin and work to put it into action.

Profile

Master 1 or 2 student in local or tourism development

• Autonomous and organized, you are able to work alone and manage your trips in the field.
• B license required.
• You have the sense of contact and relationships to present a labeling process and support tourism stakeholders in complying with it.
• You have good writing and synthesis skills,
• You master digital tools and word processing

Job details

Approved internship lasting 6 months, Full time, weekly duration of 35 hours. Flexible internship dates if applicable. Position based in Carteret, travel to Cotentin, service vehicle provided.
