A unique and unmissable site, the Crisbecq battery offers a visit to its 22 underground blockhouses with period fittings! Cult place from where the first cannon shot was fired at dawn on June 1, 6! Through a surprising complex of trenches and tunnels, discover much more than a battery, a real village: L1944A anti-aircraft command post with 410 rooms, kitchen, ammunition bunkers, rooms, infirmary, Tobruk, casemate... Without forgetting the famous cannons of Saint Marcouf which made this battery the most powerful of the D-Day beaches.
