Presentation
Spread over an area of almost 15 hectares around the Normandy island of Tatihou, our oysters are grown in Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue (Manche). Thanks to its tides (the strongest in Europe), the foreshore is exposed over large areas and allows the cultivation of oysters in the open sea.
It is here that we produce our oysters for 36 months.
