Conservatory of school heritage, space for transmission and research on the evolution of the educational system, the Maison de l'Histoire de l'École dans la Manche (MHEM) offers the highlighting of original material, literary collections... supplemented with methods teaching and childcare conditions over the generations.

Opening hours from January 01 to December 31, 2024
WednesdayOpen from 14 a.m. to 17 p.m.
SundayOpen from 14 a.m. to 17 p.m.
Open all year round on Wednesdays and Sundays from 14 p.m. to 17 p.m. Reception outside slots possible by appointment, subject to availability. Extended hours for D-Day ceremonies.
