Cider production
Discover the organic cider productions of Hérout: Cotentin AOP cider, apple juice, cider vinegar, and also Pommeau de Normandie AOC, Calvados AOC, Blanche d’Alambic…

In summer, as part of the “Thursday visits”, you have the opportunity to take part in a free guided tour of the cider house followed by a tasting (participation to be confirmed in advance).

We welcome you to help you discover our traditional productions and make you love the Cotentin region.

You will understand the whole process: from apple to glass…
At the time of tasting:
For the little ones: apple juice,
For older children: Ciders, Pommeau de Normandie and Calvados

Last stop of your visit, a visit to the store to take some products home or to give as gifts.
