The Cotentin Tourist Office is recruiting travel advisors for the 2023 summer season for tourist information offices of Cotentin for a period of 2 to 6 months.
We are looking for travel advisors (M/F)
Seasonal contract from 2 to 6 months
Missions
Within the reception service, the stay advisor will participate in the promotion of the Cotentin territory and will be in charge of carrying out all the missions linked to welcoming the public in the tourist information offices of Carteret, Portbail, Valognes , Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue and Barfleur. Its mission will be:
- Welcome, advise and inform visitors (physical and telephone reception),
- Promote Cotentin (activities, site visits, local products, boutique products and tickets),
- Book tourist services.
Profile
- BAC training, BTS Tourism or equivalent,
- Master computer tools (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- English required, another foreign language would be appreciated,
- Be dynamic, rigorous, and punctual,
- Have excellent interpersonal skills, good elocution and presentation adapted to the hospitality profession,
- Holder of a B permit.
