La Tisanerie, former castle guardhouse, is located in the Cotentin Marshes Regional Natural Park, 700 meters from the sea in a calm and preserved nature. Renovated in a chic and comfortable spirit, completely independent of our other rental, "La Jardinerie", it offers you with its two private gardens (garden furniture, BBQ) an ideal setting to recharge your batteries and discover the region and its historical, architectural, ecological and gastronomic riches.
Ground floor: living room with Godin stove.
1st floor: bedroom with double bed, bathroom, separate WC.
2nd floor: large bedroom (36m²) with double bed in alcove + 2 single beds.
At the end of the avenue of lime trees, you can follow two paths which lead to the shore through the marshes and early risers will have the privilege of admiring the sunrise glowing over the sea.
We will have the pleasure of welcoming you and sharing this little corner of paradise with you.
For your arrival, your beds will be made. Household and bathroom linen is provided.
Outdoor space for children, ping-pong table, cart shed/covered space are shared with the guests of our other gîte, La Jardinerie

Aumeville-Lestre is located between the island of Tatihou and Saint Vaast-la-Hougue (8,05 km) a picturesque fishing port with a marina and Quinéville (4 km) where the D-Day beaches begin. Barfleur, classified among the most beautiful villages in France, is only about fifteen km away.
