The Relais de la Liberté was transformed into the outbuildings of the Manoir d'Haudienville in Sainte-Marie-du-Mont, located on the Voie de la Liberté 3 km from Utah Beach, DDAY and 3 km from the village of Sainte-Marie-du-Mont.
Ideally located near the D-Day landing beaches, Utah Beach, Sainte-Mère-Eglise, La pointe du Hoc, Omaha Beach, American Cemetery, Mont Saint-Michel.

On the ground floor: a large dining room, an equipped kitchen.
On the 1st floor: 3 bedrooms.
bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140×190), bedroom 2: 2 single beds (90×190) that can be combined and 1 bed (80×190), bedroom 3: 2 single beds (90×190) that can be combined.
1 bathroom (shower, sink) and 1 separate toilet. Bedroom Living room: a renovated living room keeping the spirit of the farm. My favorite is the living room which can be transformed into a real bedroom with its exposed stone, (2-seater sofa bed 140x 190).
2 bathrooms (shower, sink) and 2 separate toilets. Pillows, blankets, bedspreads are available in the cottage. Sheets and towels are not provided (sheet rental possible).

A garden area with barbecue and tables to spend pleasant evenings. Parking in the farmyard, free Wi-Fi access. Swing, ping-pong table.
The Gîte is located in a closed courtyard in continuity with the owners' house and their guest rooms. 5 minutes from the beach by car.

40 minutes from Bayeux (Bayeux Tapestry), 40 minutes from Cherbourg (The City of the Sea), 40 minutes from Omaha Beach, 1 hour 15 minutes from Mont Saint-Michel.
