With the Cotentinois, we went to meet Samuel Cochard on its farm located in the Vallée des Moulins in Fermanville. Samuel is an organic goat cheese producer.

​The Cotentin is renowned for its gastronomy and the diversity of products that the region offers. Samuel and his partner decided to set up their farm on their native land with a herd of ditch goats, a breed typical of the Channel. ​
