We have 15 hectares on the public maritime domain between the West Fort and the East Fort inside the Grande Rade.
Our fish farm, established in 1991, is protected by the dike 2,5 km offshore.
Thanks to this geographical location, our farm is sheltered from bad weather and is crossed by some of the strongest currents in Europe, which allow for constant renewal of the water. Our muscular, low-fat salmon are rich in flavor.
