The festival, " the Trail makes its Cinema », the First Trail Film Festival in France, returns in 2025 for a season 4.

Athletes and directors immerse you in stories of introspection and self-improvement, for a gripping immersion into the heart of human emotions and exploits.
Among the 30 European dates, the event will stop in Cotentin, at the CGR Odéon in Cherbourg-en-Cotentin, on February 6.
The trail challenge in Cotentin
At the end of June 2024, 16 runners from the Cotentin region set out to take on the challenge of the Tour de la Presqu'île du Cotentin. On this route run by the Fédération Française de Randonnée, their goal was to cover the 266 km in less than 24 hours, enjoying sunrises on the east coast and sunsets on the west coast. This film highlights the diversity of the Cotentin landscapes and shows that trail running is not limited to the mountains. Directed by Valentin ORANGE, a videographer, photographer and trail runner from La Hague, this 31-minute medium-length film captures the essence of this unique challenge.
