A new hiking topoguide has been published by the Cotentin Tourist Office, Cotentin off the beaten track.

The very first hiking topoguide dedicated to the whole of Cotentin has been released. After five first boxes dedicated to a specific sector, La Côte des Isles, la Hague, Val de Saire north and south as well as Clos du Cotentin, hikers in Cotentin will be able to explore routes from the Pointe de la Hague to the Bay of Cotentin.

This new box is the result of joint work between the teams of the Cotentin Tourist Office and those of the Bay of Cotentin. The teams pooled their “favorite” hikes to explore the peninsula in a different way.

This collection of 17 fact sheets invites you to rediscover the territory through little-known but very rich and accessible routes. The circuits have been deliberately selected for their quality of maintenance and their level of difficulty, ranging from medium to easy, for affordable and peaceful outings. A majority of trails move away from the coast to enter the bocage and marshes, where the natural and cultural heritage is also worth the detour.

The topoguide is on sale for €10.90 in the tourist information offices of the Cotentin Tourist Office.
