We invited travel bloggers Margot and Julien from Hello Travelers in the fall of 2021, for a road trip to discover authentic Cotentin.

On their route, they discovered: Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue, Barfleur, the Gatteville lighthouse, La Cité de la Mer, La Hague, the Vauville Botanical Garden, a cider house, Cap Carteret, Port-Bail and Valognes.

Did you know, for example, that the Cotentin is one of the rare places in France where it is possible to see the sun rise and set over the sea in the same day? As you will have understood, visiting the Cotentin is taking the almost inevitable risk of falling in love with this little corner of the world that is still preserved and off the beaten track!

But that's not all! Margot and Julien recently returned to the Cotentin, this time for a new adventure in collaboration with Channel Attitude. Passionate about hiking, they covered 6 stages of the GR® 223 to connect Port-bail-sur-Mer à Cherbourg-en-Cotentin, a hiking route along the coast to do in a day or as a trek over several days.
